Terms & Conditions — Bentley88 Platform

To be eligible to register and maintain a Bentley88 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Bentley88 strictly prohibits the registration, access, or use of the Platform by any individual below the age of 21. This age threshold applies regardless of any lower minimum age that may be permissible under the laws of another jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incompetent, subject to guardianship orders, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must not register using a false identity, another person's identity, or fictitious information.
• Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform or from any affiliated platform operated by Bentley88.

The registration process for a Bentley88 account requires you to provide a valid username, password, email address, and phone number, and to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Bentley88 may also request additional identifying documents as part of the KYC process, including but not limited to a national identification card (MyKad), passport, or proof of residential address.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. Bentley88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Account Verification

Bentley88 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require a User to complete identity and age verification before processing withdrawals, approving bonuses, or permitting continued use of the Platform. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by Bentley88 may result in temporary account suspension. All KYC documentation submitted will be handled in accordance with the Bentley88 Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Bentley88 Platform is subject to the following general terms, which apply to all services, game types, and wagering activities available on the Platform:

• Bets placed after a sporting event has commenced are subject to the Platform's in-play betting rules, which may differ from pre-match rules. In-play odds are updated in real time and acceptance is not guaranteed.

All financial transactions on the Bentley88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Bentley88 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which Bentley88 accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following standard timelines, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.

Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the Bentley88 account. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Bentley88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC — bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event, including any extra time where applicable. Bentley88 reserves the right to void bets where a settlement error is identified, and to re-settle such bets at the correct outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction or data feed error during a live game or in-play betting event, Bentley88 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error. Winings paid in error as a result of a system fault will be reclaimed from the User's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bentley88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referal to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering on behalf of another individual without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of a known error or technical vulnerability in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, including depositing funds for the primary purpose of generating withdrawal records rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Bentley88 account by any third party, including by sharing login credentials or transfering account ownership.

All content on the Bentley88 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bentley88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Bentley88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Bentley88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the User's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• As required by applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

In the event of account closure due to a material breach by the User, Bentley88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including real-money funds, pending bonuses, and any outstanding withdrawals, where permitted by applicable law.
